Picture It. Sexual Harassment. 2005.

Close your eyes, and let me take you back to a far better time. The year is 2005. Britney Spears was sane (barely), Anna Nicole was alive (barely), and you cared about American Idol (barely). Are you with me? Do you remember American Idol contestant/Wilmer Valderrama look-alike, Mario Vasquez? He’s the one who mysteriously dropped out of the show and refused to say why, thus paving the way for some other eventual loser to have a brief hope of salvation, only to have his dreams re-dashed in the face of the next elimination.
Well, Mario Vasquez is back, with a vengeance. TMZ.com is reporting that he left the show because he… uh, how should I put this… pulled a George Michael. And not in the way that you might expect to benefit a singing show contestant. Now he’s got a sexual harassment lawsuit pending against him.

“In the lawsuit, Olmos claims “Vazquez stared lasciviously, smiled lasciviously … and on one occasion followed him into a bathroom … knocked on the door of the plaintiff’s stall and made eye contact through the space in the stall door.”

It only gets better people! Read the full account here . Unless the thought of a former American Idol forcibly soliciting oral sex in a public bathroom makes you squeamish. In which case, maybe you can just write this “Olmos” person a letter with all the synonyms for “lascivious,” because he is clearly going to need them for his big day in court.

To refresh your memory, here is a picture of Vasquez:

And just so it’s not confusing, this is Wilmer Valderrama, who to my knowledge never tried to pull another guy’s pants down in a public restroom. Unless it was to “punk” Ashton Kutcher. Those 70’s Show guys are such pranksters!
